NSW Government MMCIEP Information Memorandum

01

The Program will play a key role in enabling productivity improvements to be implemented for the housing sector, its workforce and improve adoption of AMF techniques to speed up housing delivery and build a more resilient approach to delivering homes. A key focus will be the ability to deliver medium density homes. Consideration will be given to proposals which utilise NSW Government Pattern Book and Systems 600 principles designs–creating a faster, more consistent pathway to get homes built. Successful respondents could also support supply of other built forms, including schools and hospitals. A two-stage selection process will run from July 2026 to December 2026 to select one or more Respondents to partner with the NSW Government to establish or expand an AMF presence focused on housing construction in NSW.

Expression of Interest The purpose of the Expressions of Interest (EOI) stage is to identify suitable Respondent(s) who meet the EOI evaluation criteria to be shortlisted for progression to a Request for Proposals (RFP) stage. Expressions of Interest close 9:00 am AEST Monday 3 August 2026. For more information on this opportunity, including further details relating to obtaining access to the EOI document, please contact our representative advisor Cushman & Wakefield via the dedicated Program email address MMCinfo@cushwake.com: George Housakos Associate Partner, Strategic Consulting +61 417 050 993 Ross Hamilton Partner, Strategic Consulting +61 413 777 447
