BUILDING ENVIRONMENT
Every building over 5,000 sqm available on the La Défense market has been scored against an analysis grid of more than 65 criteria spread across various domains (transport accessibility & connectivity, environment, labels, technology, characteristics of the building and its floors, energy performance & decarbonization, services and tenant experience), and assigned to a segment based on its overall score:
LABELS
TECHNOLOGY
Prime+: very high overall score, excellent location.
BUILDING IMAGE
Prime: high overall score, excellent to very good location.
BUILDING CHARACTERISTICS
Intermediate+: average overall score with excellent to good location, or high overall score but a location farther from transport.
Intermediate: average overall score with a location farther from transport, or excellent to good location but weaker building/floor characteristics and lower service levels.
FLOOR CHARACTERISTICS
ENERGY PERFORMANCE & DECARBONISATION
Entry-level: low overall score, location farther from transport and/or weaker building/floor characteristics and lower service levels.
