The Prime+ supply is absent from the immediate offer: it is concentrated exclusively in future projects and accounts for 45% of the upcoming supply over 5,000 sqm at La Défense, a strong signal of stock upgrading. Prime+ availabilities concern operations scheduled for delivery between 2027 and 2030. A few Prime projects, mostly heavy restructurings and refurbishments, will round out the high-end offer. The other project tiers, resulting from lease vacated spaces and refurbishments, will meet a wider variety of company profiles and budgets.
